Sherahsan K Niazi, MD

Dr. Niazi graduated from King Edward Medical College Lahore, Pakistan, in 1988. He moved to the United States in 1991. Dr. Niazi did his residency in Pediatrics from Cook County Children's Hospital. After his residency, Dr. Niazi worked as a pediatrician in Louisiana and Missouri. Dr. Niazi has been in private practice in Joliet since December 1998, and Bolingbrook since 2009. Dr. Niazi is board-certified in pediatrics, and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Niazi's special interests include treating children with ADHD, asthma, obesity, and preventive care from birth through adolescence. He speaks Urdu/Hindi and uses this skill to work with patients and families.

Dr. Niazi lives in Naperville with his two daughters, son, and wife.

Mark Joseph Brinkman, MD

Dr. Brinkman has 21 year of experience as a pediatrician. He graduated from the    University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1989 followed by his Pediatric Internship    and Residency at Michael Reese and the University of Illinois Hospitals, serving as    Chief Resident his final year.  Dr. Brinkman served as pediatrician and flight surgeon    in the United States Air Force for 20 years, including acting as the Pediatric Consultant    to the Air Force Surgeon General.  He was an Assistant Professor at the Uniformed    Services Health Sciences University, teaching in the pediatric residency programs at    Bethesda Naval Hospital, Walter Reed Medical Center and Wright Patterson AFB.   Dr. Brinkman was deployed to Oman and Afghanistan and participated in humanitarian    missions to Guinea & Ghana Africa, El Salvador and Costa Rica.

Dr Brinkman's interests include children with special needs, having a daughter with   Downs Syndrome, and sports medicine. In his free time, he enjoys travel, photography,   coaching travel softball and spending time with his four daughters, son and wife.
